New York City Transit is working to make the subway system more accessible for riders with all types of disabilities. From elevators and ramps, to new technology and wayfinding innovations, hear more about some of the station upgrades and pilot programs undertaken in recent years for increased accessibility. Join MTA Chief Engineer Matt Best and New York Transit Museum’s Collections Manager Desiree Alden-Gonzalez for a look at upgrades made in several stations over time.
